Hello, our healthcare client in Fremont, CA needs an EPIC Marketing Communications Coordinator for a 2 year long contract position. We welcome candidates from out of the area;

Here is the job description:
EPIC Marking Communications Coordinator:
Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
Serve as a liaison to Speciality Physicians Practice and Primary Care Physicians.
Develop, enhance and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing physicians, physician practices and other potential customers through physician office visits, physician networking opportunities and hospital based interaction.
Actively seek and facilitate professional networking opportunities for physicians to cultivate relationships and create referral opportunities.
Cultivate physician public relations opportunities through prospective media, professional and educational speaking events and programs.
Create comprehensive marketing literature, patient education and promotional tools for distribution to physicians and practice staff and patient audiences.
Coordinate and deliver customer related information and materials; work with practice representatives to promote services; prepare and disseminate service communication and education; assists practice in strategic planning process by compiling and reporting market intelligence.
Establish and coordinate opportunities for physicians to be engaged in community activity, involvement in health screenings and educational events,
Serve as a marketing leader for practice and develop annual marketing plans/budgets based on practice and volume goals.
Write content for website and works with interactive coordinator to develop social media and interactive strategies to compliment marketing plan.
Uses quantitative measurement tools to track and report on results.
Write content for print materials, newsletters, brochures, posters, direct mail pieces, Internet promotions, videos and ad copy for print and broadcast media.
Collaborate with vendors and internal team on design and dissemination.
Direct, plan, implement and supervise internal and external physician communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports outline physician activity/communication, targeted objectives and market research obtained.
Compile and analyze periodic reports regarding referral patterns, service area data, physician utilization, feedback and satisfaction.
Manage customer service/training to clients on all aspects of practice procedures including use of referral forms, emergent procedures, and network capabilities.
Communicate with IT co-workers on relevant technology issues and coordinate physician IT training when applicable.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, interactive media, graphic design or related field is required.
Five years of related experience is preferred.
Three years of Web marketing strategy experience, preferably in a healthcare environment preferred.
Experience with Internet user behavior, Web technology, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media and Web functionality.

Must possess excellent organization, multi-tasking and strategic-thinking skills. Flexibility, good judgment and attention to detail are essential. Must work as a team player in a fast-paced, creative environment.
