Focused on the delivery of Content Archiving, eDiscovery and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to clients on OpenText and SharePoint Server 2010
Our client has a requirement for an ECM Architect to work across a portfolio of engagements for clients based out of Sydney and Melbourne.
The ECM Architect be responsible for delivery of
Records Management, Archiving, eDiscovery and Enterprise Content Lifecycle
Management solutions to clients using the OpenText CM and SharePoint 2010
Major responsibilities include:
Understanding client records, archiving and compliance requirements by participating in workshops
Document the current processes and technology in place at client organisation that support existing enterprise content and records management functions
Prepare detailed project plans that show the entire life cycle of an archiving project including: requirements analysis, development of solution options, project scoping, solution implementation, and
go-live support phases
Scoping and estimation of work effort of each requirement.
Create Enterprise Reference Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technical Design, and Implementation Plan for the OpenText-SharePoint solution
Lead both internal and client technical resources (if applicable) on the ECM Solution Design and Build
Conduct both Functional and Technical Training Sessions
Skills required:
5-10 years in designing and developing ECM solutions for enterprise level E-business applications based on OpenText CM and Microsoft SharePoint (SharePoint Server 2010 experience is preferred), and .Net 3.5/4.0
Experience in any one of the following OpenText solutions around File System Archiving, Legal Information Management, Suspense Tracking, Email Archiving/Mgmt.
Email Monitoring, CLM and Storage Services and Case Management Framework
Strong SharePoint Designer 2010 skills (especially configuring Data View Web parts and Workflows)
SharePoint Object Model Programming (ability to write custom event handlers, create lists/content types/alerts via code, create features, understand solution packaging etc.).
Strong background in Records Management using OpenText and/or SharePoint 2010
Knowledge of at least one of the worldwide certifications and standards (such as. DoD
5015.2, MoReq, VERS, ISO 15489, etc.)
