Essential & Desirable criteria:
- Degree qualification or equivalent Essential
- Recent Financial Services experience desirable
- 5 years Programme Planning experience Essential
- Knowledge of SAP applications Essential
- Excellent knowledge of how operational processes drive system activities Essential
- Building relationships with partners Desirable
- Able to manage problems, incidents and escalations effectively Essential
- Able to work within a team or individually, as appropriate and respond independently to sudden operational issues as they arise Essential
- Can work under pressure Essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Essential
