A Program Office Document Controller is required to support and provide rigour around implementation activity. Reporting into the Program Office Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a central document control system, covering program team, vendor and third party documentation as required.
A little about the role...
You'll be required to establish and implement an efficient program-related document control system and procedures; Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including sub-contractors and the project office; Issue and track location of all documents; Coordinate storage and archiving of relevant project and organisational records; and provide support to the wider Program Management Office.

You'll have multi-tasking capability to ensure the completion of a number of complex and competing tasks and objectives; You'll have an ability to build rapport and communicate ideas across the program supported by strong verbal and written and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a self-motivated key contributor to a high performance team comprised of diverse skill levels, experience; and backgrounds. Proven experience with scheduling, monitoring and tracking project activities and milestones from a project management perspective is essential. Experience with SharePoint is also essential..
