C#/.net Developer/Analyst Programmer - Visual Studio
£450/£475 per day 3 to 6 months rolling
A leading Cardiff based insurance company seek an experienced C#/.net Developer/Analyst Programmer - Visual Studio, ideally with knowledge of Visual Studio 2010/TFS.
This leading insurance company seek a high calibre Analyst Programmer to join their IT Delivery team, around 5 years experience in a development role using the Microsoft .net development platform, with at least 18 months experience developing Microsoft BizTalk Server applications. A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist qualification would be desirable.
Essential skills for the C#/.net Developer/Analyst Programmer - Visual Studio include:
Knowledge & experience of developing with the Microsoft .NET Framework, a good understanding of Object Orientated development, as well as good C# development skills & experience with Visual Studio 2010/TFS.
Desirable skills include:
Experience of Microsoft SQL Server along with an understanding of both waterfall & agile software development techniques.
As a C#/.net Developer/Analyst Programmer - Visual Studio you will be expected to:
- Produce system designs that are comprehensive, clear & concise that incorporate ease of maintenance, reliability & reuse of existing components where possible.
- Develop software applications to a high quality standard.
- Carry out comprehensive unit testing with unit test results available for review.
