Description
A distribution organisation is seeking a exceptional interim Change Communications Lead to own all aspects of the communications delivery for a major HR Shared Service initiative. Working closely with a senior HR programme workstream lead and wider HR community, your remit will be to deliver communications interventions across the organisation including both HR and operational workforce whilst facilitating a strong element of cultural change.
Within the defined programme structure, you will shape all communications and engage change champions across multiple business units to transition and embed the change to a new HR operating model. This role demands an exceptional command of effective stakeholder management whilst driving delivery in a structured project management fashion.
You will have experience of:
* Defining and implementing appropriate communications strategies in the context of transformation HR initiatives - ideally Shared Services and Business Partnering related.
* Strong appreciation of Communications witin a structured Change Management context. Hands-on approach to defining training gaps.
* Successfully driving cultural change elements in the context of altered processes, instilling new behaviours.
* Track-record of managing roadshows
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement ability with a track-record of sustaining momentum for change across the business
