Advantage Professional Technology Managemnt are currently assisting a client in the Midlands recruit for a Change Manager to assist our client in co-ordinating the end to end delivery of marketing campaigns, change projects & new product launches; delivering flawlessly within budget & time constraints.
Key responsibilities on any project/campaign will be to ensure that ideas/proposals adopt appropriate channel, operational and systems solutions and that the preparations for these solutions are then undertaken and delivered on time and to specification.
- You will work in a team of Change Managers and will need to operate effectively within, and lead, a number of different virtual teams, utilising partners from Chief Operating Office (COO), Chief Marketing Office (CMO), Technology, Legal, and 3rd parties to secure successful delivery
- You will work closely with Business Owner to ensure requirements are understood, base-lined and can be delivered across channels, operations and IT
- Work with COO Team to secure operational readiness ensuring initiatives are built into forecasts, relevant processes/procedures are in place & any necessary training and communications are rolled out
- Work with Technology to secure technical readiness ie our systems are setup to fulfil our customer offerings
- Ensure projects comply with relevant governance frameworks eg NPA, RAID logs, plans, progress reporting, active risk & issue management
