Marketing Programs Manager

Key areas of responsibility include:
Developing, executing and analysing campaigns to generate demand across the purchasing cycle
Track and continually adjust programs throughout the program life cycle to meet key performance metrics
Project manage the entire process of campaign design and execution working with the required internal and external resources.
Monitor and analyze relevant data across the marketing and sales process to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
Manage all related marketing communication deliverables, materials, online assets, on schedule and within budget.
Communicate to cross-functional teams including Field Marketing, Telenurturing, and others to ensure corporate marketing programs are leveraged as appropriate.
Manage associated budget and timelines accurately.
Successfully manage multiple, complex timetables in a collaborative fast paced environment.
Collaborate with management to determine data-driven activities and programs.
Communicate program results to manager and other marketing teams.
