Description
A Senior Business Analyst is needed to join an exciting new programme looking at a global transformation programme, the programme is 3 years long and only 4-5 months live. Essentially this programme is targeted to develop a world class global finance service centre that can support the delivery of finance services across the bank, driving excellence and efficiency. You will be working closely with the Programme Manager to manage specific streams of the operating model design, manage workshops across division to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models and document operating model elements. Experience wise you will need to demonstrate experience of strategic finance operating model design from first principles rather then just documenting current state. You will also need to show an understanding of banking business and products and how a finance function operates within this type of business. This role will give you excellent exposure to very senior stakeholders so confidence in this domain is also required. Further to that experience of finance's role within retail, commercial and investment banking is highly advantageous.
