Description
We are currently looking for a contract Organisational Development (OD) Officer for a Public Sector Organisation. The contract is for a duration of 3 months and is based in Edinburgh City Centre.
The purpose of this role is to design, develop and deliver learning and development interventions and organisational development diagnostic exercises which meet the needs of the organisation. You will work with the OD Business Partners to support the design, development, implementation and roll out of local and national OD initiatives within the organisation.
You must have a degree or equivalent qualifications and have experience of a range of OD matters (gained within a learning and development role would be advantageous). You will be a Graduate Member of CIPD, or eligible to join at this level. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and have the ability to prioritise your workload. Knowledge of HR systems is a must.
