Description
We currently have an immediate need for Business Consultant for our telecommunications client located in Atlanta, GA. ITUP and Prism a plus!
Role Description
- Serve as First point of contact for business issues with in-flight and miscellaneous requests;
- Work entry accept/evaluate requests from the business and IT groups for enhancements and obtain time and cost estimates
- Develop and update Program business cases in accordance with corporate processes;
- Maintain a list of prioritized work requests and target requests to appropriate Program paths scoping prioritized items into available capacity;
- Work closely with Program and project managers to support on-schedule delivery of releases and assist with mitigation planning when issues arise;
- Assist with identification and management of key issues and risks for the Project and work with designated groups to mitigate risks, and
- Assist with providing status of overall Program to stakeholders.
