Service Desk Team Lead/Sydney CBD/6 months contract

Have you had previous team lead or management experience in IT support and are looking to further strengthen that exposure within a reputable organisation?

My client is an Australian market leader in its field based in the heart of Sydney CBD. Within their support team, an opportunity emerged for a hands-off Service Desk Team Lead to take charge of an ambitious team of first level support people.

To be considered a successful candidate, you will possess the following criteria:
Strong experience in a Windows Environment
Previous Team Lead/Management experience
ITIL Knowledge
Experience in analysis and reporting
Outstanding communication skills
Preferably experience with ITSM

When considering this position, please be aware that you will be placed within a friendly and outgoing team of ambitious IT staff. This will be a fixed term contract, meaning that you have the same benefits as regular employees (Gym, Social Drinks etc..). This position is available immediately so it is of advantage for you to be ready to start within two weeks time.
