A leading investment bank require an experienced Process Business Analyst with Project Management experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an investment bank, interact directly with business units in Group Risk, Risk Change and Risk IT. The candidate will be part of a global strategic project and will have to interact with stakeholders that could be in a different continent and time zones.
This is a hands-on role and requires proven detailed business process improvement experience.
Document the business processes (mapping and modelling) that will act as a key deliverable of the opportunity assessment.
Demonstrate experience of delivering projects resulting in tangible benefits, project management experience, manage reporting, project plan, actions, issues and risks for each of their projects.
Experience of multi-faceted change programmes including elements of people change, learning and development and business process re-engineering.
The ideal candidate must have offshored/outsourced processes from initiation right through to delivery.
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN AN INVESTMENT BANK WILL BE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE AS WELL AS OFFSHORING/NEARSHORING/RIGHSHORING/OUTSOURCING EXPERIENCE. Aston Carter Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
