This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse and knowledgeable team as you develop growth strategies, drive capability delivery of IT services in the mining sector. Your role will require you to create and implement strategies that result in increasing new business acquisition and generate revenue though new orders, partnerships and alliances.
The Ideal Candidate
Hands-on experience (ideally 10+ years) in Global mining industry; exposure to any of the Top 5 mining companies preferred
Understanding of IT landscape and dominant ERP platforms
Large IT implementation experience in a lead role for a mining company will be a significant advantage
Led at least 1 successful major new business pursuit
Good network in the industry, product companies and consultant
Have a large contact base to drive partnering and alliance initiatives with industry influencers
Good knowledge of the international market and demand
A strong understanding of the necessary ICT requirements and upcoming trends in the Mining sector.
Package
Average Compensation: AUD 250K-275K (Depending on experience level)
