Job Description:
Candidate will develop a training curriculum and training materials for Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) and Unity Connection version 8.x basic IP phone and voice mail usage. Candidate will use this material to provide end user training at eleven (11) Customer location in Michigan and Ohio. Candidate will also provide Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console (CUEAC) training at two Customer sites and basic administrative training for two system administrators at one Customer site.
Skill-set Requirements:
Candidate will have In-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in providing end-user training on Cisco Communication Manager phone, voice mail, attendant console.
Candidate should have experience working in a Network Operation Center or as trainer on Cisco system administration
Minimum 3 years of Cisco LAN/WAN/IPT experience. Hands-on experience performing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity and Contact Center Enterprise moves, adds and changes in a NOC environment.
