Description
Our reputable telecommunications client is currently in need of an experienced End to End Process Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.The role requires a candidate who has experience working in large scale environments to join their Business Requirement and Process Analysis Team. You would need to be experienced in all phases of the project life cycle, and will have a track-record of end-to-end project process analysis.
Essential Skills and Experience -
- Previous Large Scale experience as a Process Analyst
- Experience running work shops
- A proven track-record in taking ownership of the process stream of projects
- Ability to drive process improvements when opportunities arise
- Experience Mmanaging stakeholders and resolving conflict with minimal escalation
- Significant experience in authoring Process Level 1 and 2 Specifications
- Significant experience in conducting process to requirements/solution traceability throughout the project life cycle
- Change Request Management experience
