This Australian CBD based icon is one of the largest marketers of petroleum products in Australia and has operations in all states and territories. It is the only of its kind to be listed on the Australian stock exchange with a massive 20,000+ shareholders which include retail investors with over 1500 employees holding 50% of shares.The organisation is currently in urgent need for a consultant who is able to configure, document, tests and support the SABA application and assist in activities associated with the implementation of a employee development project.
If successful, your responsibilities will include:-
- Participation in information gathering and planning workshops with business representatives
- Configuration of the SABA Learning and performance with the assistance of SABA Business Consultant
- Development and maintenance of configuration documentation
- Development and maintenance of test scripts with testing team member
- Assist in the drafting of training plans as a result of the execution of a training needs analysis relating to the implementation of the LMS.
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong mix of the following key skills:-
- Previous SABA experience
- Experience in process and systems documentation writing
- Experience working on HR/IT projects
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite
- Experience with VISIO
