Skills and requirements of the role:
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in a Technical Helpdesk Environment
- Experience with IT support in the Finance industry is highly desired.
- Experience in setup and troubleshooting the following Software technologies is required:
- Microsoft Operating Systems - XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Small Business Server 2003 (Active Directory)
- Microsoft Office - 2003 and 2007
- Microsoft email Software - Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook
- Remote Access Tools - Remote Access (OWA, RPC over HTTPS etc)
- Experience in troubleshooting the following Hardware technologies is required:
- Office Infrastructure - Printers, Routers, Shared Devices, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, emails
Qualification/s:
ITIL Foundations v3 (Desired)
MCSA, MCP, TAFE certification or degree (desired) Given that this contract has a high likelihood of extending, unfortunately we can't consider those holding a Working Holiday Visa.
