RF Engineer 

• 12 month contract
• Melbourne CBD
• Up to 3 years RF performance, planning & optimization experience

Great chance to work for a giant TELCO company in Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Daily performance monitoring
• Undertaking coverage analysis using prediction tools
• Review data fill information for the responsible sites
• Organizing and monitoring drive testing
• Managing and accepting the swap sites and ensure that they are meeting the KPIs of the sites
• Managing the optimization activities for the sites including deployment of drive test teams, analysis of DT results and recommendations for parameter tuning
• Daily performance reports, trending traffic and focus on worst performing cells
• Overall taking responsibility for the KPI performance of the sites/areas that are the allocated responsibility of the RF engineer
• Conduct RF performance and optimization activities on GSM/WCDMA/HSPA network including capacity management, interference analysis,drive-testing, performance analysis and monitoring, 2nd carrier/3rd carrier activation, HSDPA/HSUPA activation etc
