Electronic Service/Bench Technician job #2597 -- Cleveland/Akron area, OhioLocal industry in Northeast Ohio is seeking an experienced Electronic Service/Bench Technician to fill a Contract to Permanent position.
Must Be a Take Charge Type of Person!
Requirements/Duties:
• Able to work with minimal guidance and supervision
• Strive to do quality work, pay attention to detail, dependable, on time.
• Must have 2-5 year + experience as an electronic bench technician and or experience doing service or product warranty type of work.
• Able to assist clientele by handling technical support calls, questions, support, problems, etc. . .
• Able to read/interpret wiring diagrams/schematics
• Must have some exp trouble-shooting circuits, working PCB components & production testing.
• Must be able to quickly match up a returned product with the correct RMA.
• Analyze whether or not the product is or is not working properly through testing.
• Inform management of findings and proceed as directed.
• PC Board repair and rewiring products
• Troubleshoot circuits, assemble wiring harnesses
