Title: Oracle Performance Management Consultant
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: 18 Month Contract
Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate 18 month contract need for an Oracle Performance Management consultant to be responsible for the Oracle Performance Management portion of the client's Oracle instance.
Key Responsibilities & Basic Requirements:
- They will be responsible for SME activities on the Oracle Performance Management module.
- The will analyze the current functionality of the Oracle Performance Management module, and port those activities and structures in to the new instance.
- Provide objective setting and management (Workforce Performance Management) and administration of appraisals and questionnaires.
- The selected individual will help define objectives and set up long term tracking strategies on an ongoing basis.
- Allocate objectives to individuals based on their role.
- Evaluate an individual's competencies and progress on objectives at a point in time
- Enable feedback on an individual's performance by multiple participants
- Monitor the progress of performance evaluation within the enterprise Workforce Performance Management
- The Workforce Performance Management functions encompass the setting, tracking, and assessment of objectives throughout a performance-management period, such as a calendar year.
- Managing, conducting and defining the Performance Management Plan (PMP).
- Define the objectives and components of individuals' scorecards for each plan member
- Responsible for the creation a library of reusable objectives.
