Xpanxion is an Atlanta, Georgia based software development and quality assurance consulting firm. We have supported a multitude of client in various industries for over 12 years.
We have a need for a Quality Assurance Lead to join one of our existing QA teams in DOWNTOWN Atlanta. This consultant will assist with developing and implementing QA processes and procedures. Minimum of 7 years software quality assurance experience required. Experience working in an Agile environment required as well as experience working with web-based applications. This position will join a fast paced, dynamic and rapidly growing team in a "start up" environment. The ability to work within a team and adapt to ever changing situations a must. Superb written and verbal communications skills a must.
* Provide adequate and appropriate training and knowledge transfers to the remotely located QA testers
* Review test cases developed by QA testers to help insure that they are appropriately targeted for the feature/change in question, reflect an appropriate level of coverage, and abide by test case standards
* Develop and execute detailed functional, integration and system level test cases from both a modular and integration standpoint
* Reporting the results of each test cycle in verbal and written form.
* Reporting on testing progress in both verbal and written form
* Entering problems into the defect tracking system.
* Working with developers and product management to clarify and resolve issues as needed.
