Description
This Sr. Genesis “SME”/Architect position will vary in the scope of project responsibilities; however generally this position will focus on: designing & architecting the Genesis Framework, intelligent routing design, High Availability redundancy, working with Genesis on call routing architecture, and migration from an Avaya shop to a Genesis shop. Resource needs to be able to assist ADP with moving their routing to Genesis. They are migrating to Genesis due to “intelligent routing”.ADP is going to be introducing Genesis Chat, other channels, and planning a virtual hold implementation. They are planning to build a farm of IEX Servers for Workforce Management. A huge plus would be If the resource knows Avaya AES and has Genesis certifications.
Prefer that this resource be able to work independently and get up & running quickly without too much hand holding. Prefer that the resource be on-site (especially initially), but will consider allowing the resource to work remotely, depending on the skill level and circumstances. Will assist in planning solution strategies for enterprise deployments. Will need to have strong team-oriented, collaborative values and proven ability to work with all team members, peers, Customers and vendors in a dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
