Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Referral & Assessment Team based in Bedfordshire. This is a 3 month, full time position.

Your job will be to:
*Provide a professional social work service to service users
*Manage a caseload undertaking the task of initial and core assessments, undertaking Sec.47 Investigations, child protection care proceedings and care planning
*Work very closely with colleagues from within the Department and with other agencies as required in the Working Together guidelines

You must have the following experience:
*Be able to handle child protection cases
*Work will be required to be time - limited; tasks focused and have clear set objectives and outcomes

You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
