Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Mental Health Team based in Bedfordshire. This is a 3 month, full time position.

Your job will be to:
*Complete assessments to assist in the treatment and care planning processes within the Mental Health Team
*Liase with other agencies to ensure effective communication and co-ordination of services in respect of Former, current and prospective service users
*Complete assessments and reports under the Mental Health Act

You must have the following experience:
*At least 3 years post qualification experience in Social Work
*Experience of working with adults with mental health problems
*Experience of working within the care management process and with the Care Programme Approach

You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*Full GSCC registration
