Description
Swim Social Work Team are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker in the Looked After Children's Team based in Ealing. This is a 3 month, full time position.Your job will be to:
*Manage a caseload of up to 15 cases who are looked after and a number of those cases will involve ongoing care proceedings
*Be responsible for ensuring the day to day needs of the child is met by implementing appropriate care plans and by considering and planning for the long term
You must have the following experience:
*3 year post qualification experience
*Previous experience of working in a Looked After Children's Team
You will need the following qualifications:
*Social Work degree / DIPSW
*GSCC registration
