Excellent opportunity for a Risk Analyst to assist a reputable financial services company to meet its regulatory requirements and achieves its responsibilities in the conduct risk arena. This is being offered as an initial 3 month contract based in Bristol.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a formal oversight scheme which would clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the various populations impacted by the scheme. This would include documenting the various actions required by each of the populations to ensure that all colleagues achieved and maintained competent status (as defined by the scheme).
To be successful you will have demonstrable experience of:
Interpreting and understanding key regulatory requirements
Collaborating with and seeking feedback from key stakeholders
Assessing the impact the scheme will have on front line sales network
Presenting scheme to a frontline sales network via a team of senior managers
Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) as you will be providing guidance and support to senior managers
