Interim Solvency II Project Manager for an exciting UK Life & Pensions insurer - extremely competitive day rates - 6 months initially

Panoramic Associates offers an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious Life insurer as part of their Solvency II programme. Our client is UK based and offers the opportunity to get involved in an exciting programme at a key time in their preparations for Solvency II implementation. In order to bolster the team in the run up to the crucial times ahead, our client is looking to recruit a delivery focused Project manager with notable experience in Solvency II.

Reporting to the Solvency II Programme Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of Pillar 1 Work Streams within the project with respect to appropriate levels of quality, timeliness and budgets. The role will focus on the Actuarial side and will therefore involve interfacing between actuarial SMEs and Solvency II programme leads - experience in dealing with actuaries, whilst by no means compulsory, will therefore be a bonus. Strong interpersonal skills and communication will be utilised.

In order to be considered you will need:
Strong Life insurance experience
Strong commercial knowledge of Solvency II
Project management experience with a demonstrable history of delivery
Prince2 qualifications preferable
Experience in managing Actuaries desirable
