One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies is currently recruiting for a Clinical research associate based in Luton.

As a clinical research associate you will have responsibility for selection, preparation, initiation, monitoring and closure of an agreed number of centres in clinical studies.

Further duties include:

  • Contribute to the local clinical and operational feasibility assessments and site capability assessments
  • Effectively plan, conduct and complete site visits (site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out) providing timely and appropriately detailed reports Train, support and advise Investigators in study related matters.
  • Share information on patient recruitment and study site progress within the local Study Team
  • Prepare for and participate in activities associated with local audits and regulatory inspections

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in early phase oncology with the ability to demonstrate excellent monitoring, site management and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
