Immunisations and Vaccinations CoordinatorOne of our prestigious NHS organisations currently has an exciting opportunity for an Immunisations and Vaccinations Coordinator to be an integral part of the team.
The successful Immunisations and Vaccinations Coordinator will be the key resource for immunisation and vaccination within the Trust. They will identify areas of improvement in the Trust's immunisation and vaccination uptake as well as reviewing, delivering and monitoring the action plan for improvement, lead GP practice input to the immunisation and vaccination programmes for all age groups in addition to working with the public health to respond to any major incidents or outbreaks of infectious disease. The Immunisations and Vaccinations Coordinator will review the immunisation and vaccination improvement work programme and action plan. They will also support local Primary Care contractors by analysing performance data from a variety of information systems at a contractor level.
The Immunisations and Vaccinations Coordinator will have the following experience:
* Working with GPs and Health Visitors
* Working as an Immunisation and Vaccination Coordinator or lead within the
Community/Primary Care environment
