My client, a reputable Acute NHS Trust based in the South East of England, currently requires an Interim Deputy HR Director for a period of at least 4 months.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Director with operational HR teams and processes, overseeing an Employee Relations HR Advice Centre, and working with senior colleagues to improve the overall efficiency of Recruitment Services, including temporary resourcing and medical staffing.
Candidates must be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with operational HR experience gained in a Director of Deputy Director of HR role. To apply for this role, you should also have demonstrable organisational, planning and communication skills and have the ability to motivate and lead a team. NHS experience is essential and Acute sector experience is strongly preferred.
