My client urgently requires a Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a three month contract.

You will have demonstrable experience of working at a senior payroll assistant level, be a proficient generalist payroll knowledge and a good knowledge of payroll regulations and relevant legisitation eg PAYE, NI, SMP, SSP, gross to net calculations and Directors National Insurance is essential. Knowledge of SAP payroll is preferable and knowledge of windows based HR database would be advantageous. The successful candidate must be numerate and methodical with attention to detail, able to prioritise workloads and to work on own initiative, under pressure and to strict deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and a good team player, sensitive to others needs and pressures and be assertive with the ability to cope with complex tasks.
