My client a leading financial organisation is currently looking for a client services officer to join an existing team within the bank.

If successful, the role will include day-to-day account servicing and resolution of routine to moderately complex enquiries and operational requests for accounts and clients, you will work with the client on problem resolution and transaction processing, providing expertise to help guide the clients' treasury functions, with help to optimise their utilisation of the Bank's products and services and be responsible for account management (based on client requests received) including: handling escalations of more complex issues by managing the coordination of workflow to business partners and ensuring timely resolution

In order to be considered for this position you must have a account management/account servicing background, be familiar with treasury and or capital management systems and have previous exposure to PEGA systems.

Language skills in French or German are advantageous.
