* 3 Years minimum project management experience
* Previous experience of Workforce Modelling within the NHS
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Excellent communication skills
* Prince2 or similar

As a project manager you will:
* Use established programme management techniques to shape and drive groups of key projects within the programme forward in a co-ordinated way
* Take personal responsibility for successful management of groups of projects and the project managers and for ensuring these are focussed on delivery of the required outcomes
* Effectively deploy leadership qualities, team working and management skills to ensure that the projects and programme stays on track.
* Contribute to a shared sense of purpose and commitment amongst the members of project teams and other clinical and operational staff who contribute to project work through networking and sharing best practice across the Programme
* Your ability to manage the expectations of senior customers on the Programme Board will be key to successful delivery of the Programme. You will also be able to effectively represent the projects and programme and explain its purpose/benefits clearly and positively to internal and external customers/stakeholders.
