Marketing Administration Support required by a leading healthcare solution provider in Cardiff.
This is an initial 3 month contract which is likely to become permanent in January.

As Marketing Administrator you will provide multi-functional administrative support for marketing teams across the Cell Technologies P&L

Key responsibilities/essential functions:
* Ensure accurate and timely registration of all new literature and uploading to lit doc
* Maintain a central repository for Cell Technologies product collateral that includes, but is not limited to, brochures, white coat selling slides, customer-specific data, conference summaries,
o Ensure suitable for sales staff
o Provide access to marketing material such as high res images to external agencies and regions as necessary
* manage new print on demand process (3MS)
* add new suppliers to purchasing system (SSP) as necessary
* track invoices for finance aiding end of month and end of quarter accounting
* complete fulfilment for campaigns (eg mailing T-shirts, calendars to responders)
* Liaise with outside agencies to assist with campaign management Track marketing metrics on a monthly basis to help marketing managers analyze campaign performance.
* Provide campaign support for a social media hub to include report creation, trending, and ROI analysis
* Own the tactical planning of conference logistics to ensure on-time delivery and presentation of furniture, demo equipment, and relevant marketing material
* Update the HCP workflow as needed to ensure compliance
Quality Specific Goals:
* Awareness of, and compliance with, the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
* Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined timelines
* Identify/report quality or compliance concerns taking immediate corrective action as required

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in marketing operations, customer service, or related field
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Purchase order placement and invoicing
* Experience in any of the following systems:
o SSP system, My workshop system, Magic System, LitDoc System, Bridge System
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Life Science product and/or industry knowledge
