*A leading financial organisation requires a Marketing Compliance Manager to be based in either Reading or Craigforth*
The successful candidate will be responsible for the sign off of all marketing material to ensure complaint with regulatory requirements; you will be ensuring that everything within the businesses issues are accurate and correct in respect of its technical, product, regulatory and legislative content, as-well as providing on-the job and additional training to the relevant marketing teams to help raise the technical and compliance knowledge levels across the department.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSTION:
In-depth experience of the technical and legislative environment in financial services
Good understanding of the financial services market
Good understanding of the FSA's financial frameworks
In-depth knowledge of products, legislation and regulation
Strong commercial skills
