Change Manager, SC Cleared, ITIL.
My central government client requires Change Manager who holds current SC Clearance DV Clearance prefered. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they can deliver change Management service on-time and to a very high standard. Attention to detail, practice experience in an ITIL based Change Management environment is paramonut to this role.
Essential Skills.
· Previous experience in IT Change Management that clearly demonstrates a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the ITIL Change Management Framework and process.
· Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency and the delivery of quality output.
· Assisting in refining and improving the existing Change Management Process
· Excellent communication and self management skills
· The ability to work as a key member of the ICT operational delivery team, the wider community
· Experience of working with Service Management Toolsets primarily OpenView Service Desk
· Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels (including senior management).
