Our client - a global reaching financial services organisation - has commissioned us to recruit a project manager with demonstrated experience of change/project, problem and incident management. The job's main purpose is to manage a smootransition through change across platforms specifically in technical data management.
Main features of the role will include:
- Change management - ensuring maximum performance through reviewing risk and minimising impact on customers
- Risk management and incident control - Identify quick solutions and have a proactive approach to problem solving
- Supplier management - develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing business cases - experience is required in managing service level performance and reporting
Our client requires essential experience in:
- Project/change management experienced in either financial or technical frameworks
- Continuous improvements in the customer service experience improving cost efficiency and excellent customer services
