Description
Exciting opportunity for a Network Technician - Operations Readiness Manager (ORM) US Internal Project/Program Manager VI! This is a full time position located in Plano, Texas.
Qualified individual will work toward the project goal in order to Transition or Transform Service Management to the future mode of operation (FMO).
DUTIES:
1. Migrate devices from Legacy Network Management support domains, locations, tools and process to a common and standard delivery model with zero service distribution.
2. Work with the PM to document and manage the completion of tasks defined for this migration, manage communications, and train accounts in the standard process used by Global Network Services.
3. Work with the PM, Network Engineers, and Network Implementation Resources to accomplish the goals of the project.
4. Be expected to manage the expectations, represent changes at the Change Approval Board meeting, train the account in the FMO business process and tools, and ensuring the process are followed.
DESIRED:
1. Experience in Transition or Transformation Service Management delivery, Network Management, ITIL, Process Training, Service Delivery and Change Management.
