Exciting opportunity for several Technical Project Managers! These are long-term, contract positions located in the Detroit, MI area.
Qualified individuals will be responsible for this project with a goal to transition from Transformation Service Management to the future mode of operation (FMO).
DUTIES:
1. Migrating devices from Legacy Network Management support domains, locations, tools and process to a common and standard delivery model with zero service distribution.
2. Document and manage the completion of tasks defined for this migration, manage communications, and drive work effort to completion.
3. Work with Account Delivery Executives, Network Engineers, and Network Implementation resources to accomplish the goals of the project.
4. Manage expectations.
5. Assess devices to standards.
6. Determine and plan technical training needs.
7. Determine costs and delivery model.
8. Track migrations to completion.
EDUCATION:
1. 4 year technical degree
CERTIFICATIONS:
1. CCNA, PMP or ITIL trained/certified with experience in one or more of the following - IT Project Management, IT Engineering or IT Operations.
