Responsibilities for this role will include
Calculate Commissions for an assigned segment/region
Validate Annual Commission information (Quotas, OTVE) with Segment Finance data
Reconcile data found in system with Sales and Installs reports from Finance systems
Execute activities consistent with established Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Policies & Procedures
Provide interpretation of the policies found in the Global Commission Framework (GCF)
Provide ad hoc reporting to Sales Management and Segment Finance
Identify enhancements to process and system limitations to improve the efficiency of Commission workflow
Communicate effectively and consistently with all relevant Stakeholders regarding Commissions

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee changes to Commission targets (ie Joiner/Leavers) with HR, Finance, Business Ops, and Sales Staff
Ensure annual targets and payments are accurately reported in the system on a periodic basis
Review and approve Adjustment/Protection requests from Sales Staff
Consolidate Protection Requests and relevant supporting documentation for presentation to Sales Management and Segment Finance
Perform Monthly/Quarterly commission calculations and present to Sales Management & Segment Finance for Review and Approval
Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Commission Statements, reconcile Statements with payroll file, and resolve Sales Staff queries

Education:
Equivalent of a BA/BS

Mandatory skills:
Solid experience in Finance/Accounting, with a specific emphasis on commissions
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive customer service
Good Knowledge of MS Excel -ability to manipulate pivot tables and formulas
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform under established policies and perform with a sense of urgency in order to meet aggressive deadlines
Good organizational skills and ability to understand customer workflow and priorities
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot

Desired skills:
