An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client for an experienced process/Quality Engineer with a background in electronics, due to immediate demand for the service of the client.
The successful Quality/Process Engineer will have the following background.
- Knowledge of or a background in electronics and engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles and six sigma
- A strong quality background and knowledge of ISO9001
- Experience in implementing six sigma methodologies in an engineering environment
- Familiar with writing process instructions and identifying non-value added processes
- Be willing to take a hands on approach and support shop floor staff
The following experience and background is desirable bu not essential
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified
- Knowledge of ISO14001
- Auditing towards ISO9001
