The ACT's most established and high profile government department is looking to appoint a number of experienced .Net Developer's to join this large IT department for a 8 month contract. You will be required to carry out application, design, development, implementation and maintenance of existing Applications using Microsoft Platform.
The successful candidate will need to meet the following criteria;
- At least 6 years experience as a .NET developer
- Highly developed technical skills within the following technologies; C#, SQL Server, .NET Framework , WCF & XML based Web Services, Win Forms, Microsoft Visual Studio , XML, XSLT, UML using Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong UI Analysis skills and strong understanding of SDLC.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with requesting business areas and project stakeholders, discuss technical matters with both technical and non-technical
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate requirements between business and technical areas and work closely with other technical staff to facilitate system development
