We are looking for a consultant with experience in multichannel retail to join us at a project in one of our consulting clients.
The consultant will, as part of a small team, own customer experience through the project, bringing established and best practice into the process definition and lead on providing customer insight and developing the multi-channel user journeys.

The consultant will:

Review existing customer data and research

  •  Conduct interviews/workshops
  • Analyse existing customer journeys/drop-outs/etc...
  • Manage interaction design/wireframe development for to be customer journeys

The main skills for this role are:

  • Customer insight/segmentation/personas
  • User-centred service design (designing the service not UX laying out wire-frames)
  •  Multichannel retail

The role will have a duration of 3 months, will be London based and start date is end September/beginning of October.
