SAP Training Manager - Coventry
SAP Training Manager is required by my client a leading global consultancy on behalf of their client a Leading Pharmaceutical Organisation, for approximately 4 Months.
SAP Training Manager will be responsible for managing deployment of the SAP Retail Project training activities and to help ensure that the training delivered to the specific business areas will provide the skills necessary for staff to perform their job role.
- Understand business and business objectives
- Lead and coach trainers in order to produce maximum output
- Develop and manage development team to ensure process specific documentation. This process includes module assigning, Development analysis, process definitions and peer to peer review.
- Build and maintain a close working relationship with the training team and key members of the Programme
- Assist in the development of course outlines to include evaluation method
- Conduct training and/or workshops where required
- Manage the training material development plan
- Tracking and control against the plan to ensure deadlines are hit
- Assist in managing issues, risks and dependencies
- Manage training course deliverables
- Course designs
- Course construction
- Training materials
- Assist in managing communication within the team
- Agree the knowledge transfer process
