Leading consultancy has a requirement for a Service Design/Service Transition resource to support a large transformation programme.

Essential experience:
Service Design, Service readiness, Transition management, Project Management, Insurance or FS background, ITIL, proven track record of delivery

This role supports the Service Transition plan for the a large programme by developing a set of ITIL-based Service Support processes which integrate a central UK-based Group IT team with a European IT support team (based in Amsterdam & Brussels). This includes detailed definition of processes and procedures mapped to roles and responsibilities, together with an implementation plan for these processes aligned to programme timescales, acceptance and testing activities and other known dependencies.

This resource will work closely with the delivery programme and the two IT teams to extend existing capabilities to meet the core requirements for this Pan-European support model.

Core skills for this role are as follows:

-Significant experience in delivery of Service Design, Service Readiness and transition in large organisation, preferably Financial Services and Insurance
-A can-do pragmatic approach to design and documentation of service support processes
-ITIL experience
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders
-Delivery focused with good project management skills

The candidate would be required to make occasional travel to Brussels/Amsterdam - estimate 1 day per fortnight.
