A major financial client based in Northamptonshire are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager

Work with the Senior Compliance Managers to ensure that the company's governance structure meet regulatory, legal and business requirements.
Complete Description:
Work with the Senior Compliance Managers and Compliance Director to help plan the focus and activity of the team, ensuring that such activity is designed to provide comfort that the company's governance structure meet regulatory, legal and business requirements.
Communicate regulatory change in a clear, focused, logical and easy to follow manner, whether as business as usual or when contributing to special projects.
Provide an effective sign off for material as appropriate and provide technical guidance, support and direction to business units on regulatory related issues, both on a business as usual basis and for specific projects.
Where appropriate provide project support to the business line.
Define and adhere to business focused service standards and review performance against such standards on a regular basis.
Manage workloads effectively so as to ensure a consistent and reliable service, even during time of high volume.
Work with the other team members to ensure the timely communication of information between Technical and Monitoring/Investigation Functions.
Contribute to the maintenance of logs and records as
required, including those for breaches and other incident reporting.
Support the Senior Compliance Managers and Compliance Director in contributing to the Annual Compliance Plan and development of KRI etc.
Work with the Senior Compliance Managers and Compliance Director to help define risks for the Regulatory Monitoring and Investigations Team to assist them in targeting the highest risk areas and themes.
Contribute with suggestions as to how existing Barclaycard Compliance approaches can be enhanced with a view to contributing to a best practice Compliance framework.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous compliance experience within a commercial company
The role is a contract position with a daily rate of £250 per day
