Description
The role manages the incoming statement of work and changes to contracts, and any disputes that arise.
Reporting to the Head of Supplier Relationship Management, the role holder will be responsible for the day to day relationship with the off shore partners in order to leverage the supplier capability and framework agreements.
The role will:
* Provide sourcing expertise to deliver against business needs
* Provide expert advice on the framework agreements
* Deliver against agreed targets
* Manage new/amended statement of works
* Manage contractual escalations, disputes Build effective relationship with IT colleagues across the group
* Deliver operations that meet all control, compliance, regulatory and legal requirements.
* Lead and manage change and improvement across all aspects of responsibilities
