Senior Programme Manager - Banking - Edinburgh - Circa £800-£900 per dayA leading UK retail bank requires a Senior Programme Manager to lead and direct a major change programme based in Edinburgh.
You be accountable for the delivery of the programme in line with agreed KPIs, plan, costs and benefits.
Key deliverables will include: managing the programme plan to deliver benefits as soon as possible, managing costs of around £20m and ensuring the programme is managed in line with governance policy.
You will also be responsible for managing senior stakeholders across the business and establishing existing relationships with key business partners. As Programme Manager you will also need to manage third party suppliers and hold people to account for what they need to deliver.
To be considered you will be an experienced Programme Manager with extensive experience managing business change programmes within financial services. You will possess an excellent track record of complex programme delivery with multiple stakeholders, and will have strong commercial and technological awareness.
Excellent communication and motivational skills are essential, as is experience working with stakeholders at senior and director level. Understanding of Lean practice would be advantageous.
