Job Description: Formulates/defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices to process data. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution. Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates system installations with user departments. Analyzes all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems. Able to function independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability. Minimal supervision and general direction. Performs work that is varied and moderately complex. Implements designs or approaches developed by others. Ability encompasses broad knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within particular field of specialization. Generally requires 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field of the primary product, program or technology.

* ability to communicate with system designers to ensure the detailed design documents are in sync with business needs
* must be able to work in a multi-project structure and understand program and protocols
* must be able to multi-task and constantly reprioritize assignments
* Ability to degine financial and resource models and forecasts
* ability to track dollar burns and allocation across project cost centers
* ability to work with project managers to get financial models translated into project plans
* ability to work with executives and build great powerpoints to satisfy their needs
